Last week we discussed stress management. In the comments below, please have a conversation about how you handle your own stress and some strategies you would like to try. As you comment, please think about typically stressors in your life, how you handle them, and the elements of college that you can see potentially causing you the most stress.

When I get stressed by either people or situations i deal with it in a few different ways. One is to cook. I'll kick everyone out of my kitchen and either cook or bake something. Another way I deal with stress is I play cards. It calms me.

College Transitions: Discussion Blog
